❤️ JROTC Bataan Death March 💙 In memoriam of the Bataan Death March, 50 of the LA-951 Cadets walked/ran a combined total of over 510 miles, honoring the sacrifice of the American and Filipino WW2 soldiers who were forced to walk 65 miles in scorching heat while stranded in the Philippines as prisoners of war. Additionally, our cadets took the time to pick up trash as they marched, accumulating roughly 75 lbs of trash throughout the morning. We are so grateful for all who participated, and their efforts to honor our armed service members, and keep our community clean!

❤️ BHS Month of the Military Child 💙 April is the Month of the Military Child. To show our support of the military students here at Benton High, we would like everyone to wear patriotic colors in support this Friday! April 11, 2025 - Wear a combination of Red, White, and Blue tops in support of all Military Children. Students can also pay $5.00 to wear jeans. All funds will go directly to our Military Connect Club.

⭐ BETA Club Induction- New Members ⭐ Mark your calendars for April 17th at 6:00pm for the BETA Club Induction ceremony for new members. The ceremony will be held in the BHS Aux gym.

🌟 Assistant Principals Week 🌟 We would like to take a moment to recognize our 3 amazing Assistant Principals., Coach George, Dr. Neill, and Mrs. Wienk. From working extra curricular activities, being a listening ear to both students and staff, working behind the scenes to make sure our students are on track to succeed, and ensuring that our school runs smoothly each day. Congratulations to Camden Robinson, 9th grade, on winning the Americanism essay contest for the Veterans Association. The topic of the essay this year was "What would service to our country mean to me" He was also awarded a cash prize! Tiger Pride 💜💛

🍎 BHS Teacher Appreciation Week 🍎 We are gearing up for teacher appreciation week at BHS, and we need your help to love on our faculty and staff.
