The Louisiana Department of Education released School Performance Scores today, and Stockwell Place Elementary is once again an A school! 💙🐴✨
But that’s not all — SPE earned two major state recognitions:

This recognition is awarded to schools that demonstrate exceptional student progress. Our students didn’t just achieve — they grew tremendously across the year.
🏆 Opportunity Honoree
This honor is given to schools performing in the top 10% among students with disabilities, English learners, or economically disadvantaged students.
It reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of every single learner and ensuring high levels of success for all students.

Yearbook picture retakes will be tomorrow - Thursday, November 13.
Our previous yearbook retake date had to be rescheduled. If your child was set to take a picture retake on our previous picture retake day, they will retake their picture tomorrow.

The tournament will follow a bracket format, so let’s fill those stands and cheer them on! We encourage families to make signs or just show up in your best stallion gear!

Students are invited to wear red, white, and blue attire tomorrow - Tuesday, November 11 to show their appreciation during our Veterans Day Parade.
Please ensure clothes are school appropriate.
No hoodies, ripped jeans or leggings.
Shorts and skirts must be fingertip in length.
We cannot wait to honor our Veterans tomorrow!
